Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Tapivo collects, why, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

• Account info: the email address you sign up with.
• Profile content: your username, display name, bio, tags, theme color, and the links you add.
• Usage events: page views and link clicks on your public Tapivo page, used to power your own analytics.
• Billing info: if you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive your subscription status and renewal date — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

2. How we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in, to run the public profile page you build, and to show you analytics for your own page. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication and data storage, and Razorpay for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms — we don't share your data with anyone else.

4. Your public profile

Anything you add to your Tapivo profile — display name, bio, tags, and links — is public by design, since the whole point is for people to visit it. Don't put anything there you don't want publicly visible.

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete any part of your profile at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below.
